How to edit PDFs on PCs using common browsers:

We will always try to provide editable PDFs which have fields that can simply be clicked and typed into like in the below example.

In cases where the forms provided can’t edited as above, you need to further detail than what the fields allow for, or if you want to sign digitally, you can use the below methods of adding text and drawing (for signing) for PDFs.

 

Newer versions of Microsoft Edge & Mozilla Firefox have this add text and draw capability natively.

Simply right click the PDF on a PC with these browsers installed and select open with “Microsoft Edge” or “Firefox”.

Then simply input the details you want and click “save” / “save as” (found on the top right of each browser) or “print” and select “Microsoft print to PDF" to save the edited file to your computer.
